ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue: I noticed when flying over France now at FL340 that the upper wind speed and direction was incorrect. When cross checking with Windy, it was actually injecting what the winds would have been around -24 hours, even though I was on current live time and weather and not historical.
Then suddenly at 1644UTC the winds changed as if the data changed to current and they became correct again, also updating the pressure as I lost altitude and the OAT.
Provide specific location or coordinates: Over France, around LFRS/NTS @ FL340.
Provide time and date of the observed weather issue: 27th November 2024 around 16:30 - 16:45 UTC.

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?
REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
- Fly in the sim between 1600 - 1645 UTC and observe upper winds and OAT, compare against METEOBLUE data as well as OFP, and could see they were incorrect in sim.
- At 1645 UTC they updated and were now matching the OFP/Windy/Meteoblue etc.
