MSI afterburner

I’m not sure if its a bug or not. I cannot get the overlay of fps onto the flight simulator. I checked the framerate and checked show in on screen display. I toggleed on screen display and show, hide too. I heard you need to apply something to them too for it to work. I removed f1 from msfls 2020 keyboard . over clocking is working but no overlay. I can get it in my tray icon but not the sim. Any ideas

You must also install Riva Tuner Statistics Server. Go to MSI website and download the version of Afterburner that includes RTSS. RTSS will run in the background whenever you launch Afterburner.

We’ve issued RTSS 7.3.0 Beta to a public release. Build 21053 is available for download here at the only official website you can download it from. Please don’t download it anywhere else as you never know what you install. We always suggest that you download the latest full beta package of MSI Afterburner which always includes a stable build of RTSS

From what it says its included with afterburner

Click the little up arrow in the lower left of windows. If RTSS is running it will be there, it a little blue icon. BTW, MSI Afterburner must be running full or minimized for RTSS to work. In another words RTSS doesn’t run without Afterburner, at least thats my experience.

No area in bottom left corner. I downloaded the rtss software and I now have the overlay, I might not have let afterburner download rtss when I installed afterburner. Works now. Still no arrow button.

I think he means the carot symbol “^” to access the system tray icons.

i don’t see that either. I downloaded rtss and its working now. I must not have let afterburner install it. It will not show in VR but will on 2d

If I’m not mistaken it works with AfterBurner. I do go into AB settings/Monitoring and put the check in the FPS box before it shows on the screen. I do use 2 monitors with one for just monitoring my PC systems.
