Brief description of the issue:
Cayes airport (MTCA) Runway 08 is now showing as runway 01 and runway 26 shows as 19. There is no runway 01 and 19 at that airport, there is runway 08 and runway 26. This issue originated with the Caribbean update.

Runway orientation in the nav database is wrong. It’s west-east oriented not north-south as shown in the database and world map.
