I should add that I’m now having a repeating issue that seems to be related to FSR3 frame generation and triple monitors - although I’m not entirely sure of the cause.
What happens is, with FSR3 Frame Gen on, on 3 monitors, my main center screen freezes, and the 2 side screens go to about 3 FPS at most. And it doesn’t recover. After that happens, If I reboot and disconnect the 2 side screens, I can get MSFS to open, but if I connect either side screen it freezes up again. The monitors are fine, running at 120Hz VRR, and test fine in ALL other software. I’m a bit demoralized at the moment, trying to figure it out.
I have a 2 screen set-up and have configured 2 windows in msfs 2024. All are set to full screen (doesn’t work when they are set to window, either. The displays are extended, but when i run msfs 2024 the windows don’t display on the second monitor. I can access three windows down on the program icon on the toolbar - two side views, one view of settings on the main program menu - but they all show on my display 2. And I can’t drag them with the mouse to the other monitor. No idea what to do now
Great suggestion! I only have 2 monitors now and was able to move the left view to the left monitor and minimize the annoying right view of a passenger/copilot. Just need to adjust the vertical offset a little to line it up perfectly. The front view is full screen without any borders - just game top to bottom - but the left window still displays the task bar and a 1/4 inch white border at the top. Any thoughts on how to eliminate that?
Change it back to Full Screen in Settings (or Alt Enter to toggle between window and full screen)
Thanks. I replied to this in a response to your first post. Didn’t see this response at the time. I’m new to forums and don’t know what I am doing! I’ll give it a try
