Hi,
I am new to MFS but i want to know if we can split the display over two screens ?
I have a AMD5600X graphic card with two 27" screens attached, so can i use both screens with MFS ?
And how ?
Regards
Bernard
You need to configure the two (or more) physical displays as one logical display.
On NVidia GPUs look for Surround settings.
On AMD GPUs look for Eyefinity settings.
oh, ok, but in this case they will be configured as one all the time, and when in normal use i want two separate screens, but when with FS i could want to spread on two… May be there a profile to be swtiched between ?
So its not possible to say to MFS use Screen 1 for one view and screen 2 for another view …
You can use one display for the ‘main screen’ showing the cockpit or outside view, and another to show selected instruments: In the cockpit view, zoom to a digital instrument (e.g. the Garmin G1000/3000 screens), press and hold right ALT key over that instrument and click to ‘pop out’ that instrument to an independent window. You can then move that window to a second display.
It is not (yet) possible to have separate front view and two side view windows like in FSX.
ok, thanks, digital instruments …
i will check that
I couldn’t get this to work.
