Multiplayer doesn't work. No players, no nameplates, nothing. No matter the server or location

I’ve had the sim a few weeks, and the first day or two I had players flying around, but not many, but suddenly it just stopped, and now I don’t see any players anywhere, and I didn’t see nametags when I did have players in the first day or two, even though it was set on in settings.

Online functionality works, live weather works, photogrammetry works, but no players.
