This week we will fly near and in the Alps. Switzerland to be precise. This is a scenic route with great views that leads us to some beautifully made custom airfields. The name for the trip stems from the Swiss word for chocolate, Schoggi, since Switzerland is famous for their amazing chocolate. The first part of the flight - as you can tell by reading the airfield names - leads over the francophone area, official language here is French. The second half leads to airfields that sound German. In this part of Switzerland the official language is German / Alemannic (fun fact: the same language is spoken in Amish settlements across the US, mostly in Indiana though).
Sorry about the lack of a theory section this time but the main things to know for this flight are density altitude which was part of the theory section for Caucasus Cruise and general principles of mountain flying. The latter is a very wide topic however and I plan on releasing all the learning materials in a more orderly fashion at some point to make finding things easier.
