since the game realease I am not able to switch to any sort of multiplayer at all, I tried the fix from:
which both didn’t helped. So I hope that someone of you might help me in this regard.

Finally got this fixed, for me anyway. I had bought game pass for pc to play this, then switched to playing on xbox, which worked fine because I was only doing career mode. Then when I tried to do a group flight, noticed it wasn’t working.
Realized that game pass for pc does not include multiplayer on xbox.
First, bought flight sim 2024 standard. That didn’t fix it.
Then signed up for game pass core (like $10/month), and it’s not greyed out anymore, i can click live or all players.
I have the same problem but I tried every thing and it still doesnt work. And from my xbox family settings is also every thing set to I am over 19 and I should be able to play with anyone. But it still doesnt work
