In FSX, there was a mechanism, to lock your view to another Multiplayer plane.
I effect, it was a Drone Camera View, that was locked onto a specified Multiplayer (or AI) aircraft.
I do not believe that this is implemented (yet) in MSFS.
ASOBO, please consider adding this functionality, and if there are already plans to do this, let us know with some projected implementation date.
I think it might be fun… Also in group setting.If players want to show some area or nice view to a friend.
Or would allow for some hide & seek maybe too,where groupies have to try to find the location of
one of the other players
Found this video recently, done together with FSLTL. Apparently in [DevMode], you can go to Options > Sim Objects > AIRPLANE > Containers > (Select one of the aircraft on the list) > View.
