Makes no difference even on highest ‘medium’ settings on Xbox.
Works now for me with traffic quantity medium, can finally see multiplayer.

Was going good since the server cull. But now the traffic is back to disappearing again. Also got error 2047 and cloud storage full errors. Great one step forward 2 steps back 
both, still a bit slim pickings though I guess medium only gives you a few mp players.
