Multiple default profiles?

Hello, Suddenly I am unable to my Virpil Throttle. Everything works as advertised …Maybe has something to with multiple default profile showing up. Even tho nothing is assigned. When I open Profile Manager I am unable to delete profiles. Open for all advice please!
