Multiple key binding on the same device cause multiple events

Brief description of the issue:
If you configure two key/buttons for the same command, when you press the second key/button, the command is executed multiple times.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:

• Go to Options/Controls Options
• Select keyboard and bind
  • “Increase flaps” to “F7” and “Right” keys
  • “Decrease flaps one level” to “F6” and “Left” keys
    
    
• Start a flight
• Press once on “left” or “right” key (second keys bound to flaps commands) then flaps are incresed or decrease more than once. As is the timer before key repetition was set to 0. If you press realy short time on the key, it sometimes execute the action only once.

PC specs and/or peripheral set up if relevant:
I first noticed this with two buttons bound to flaps on my TM Hotas Warthog Throttle.

Can confirm this is occurring for me on PC.

To add to this, I’m seeing the multiple event only occurring on the second binding.

If I press the button/key associated with the binding in the left column, it’s fine. If I press the button/key associated with the binding in the right box, I get the “double press” effect.
