Description of the issue:
In free flying mode Music stops playing when pressing L3 on PS5 to hide markers

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
Start free flight mode or any mode that has music
Press L3
Music fades away : somehow you still hear it low for 5 seconds then you don’t hear it anymore
Playstation 5 non pro
Have you check if any binding conflict with the hide markers assignation ?
I don’t know on pc but on ps5 there is no “music toggle” entry in the commands. Although, I remapped L3 to something else in tools>assistance>show hide markers(its in french).
However today the issue is gone in Activity mode(and its not due to the remapping I tested).
But in free flight I don’t have no music at all.
If this is stable in the upcoming days I will close this thread and reopen one for no music in free flying mode as I really like msfs2024 music, only missing is Lawrence of Arabia soundtrack when flying over the desert

In activity it doesn’t happen directly but after 10 minutes pressing L3 does disable the music ; remapping the marker toggling on/off to anything else does the same thing
I have been able to reproduce this on both PC and Xbox since the launch of MSFS 2024 but hadn’t gotten around to a bug report. This happens with the “Toggle Visual Assistances Display” control - and I have confirmed that no other keybind is mapped to what I have mapped to that.
I haven’t checked in other activities which play music, but can confirm that this definitely happens in Discovery flights.
@moderators @ClutchSine7363 Any objections to modifying the name/tags on this report to reflect that it is affecting all platforms, not just PS5?
