I also have a 2 display setup (TV and PC-Monitor).
My approach to solve the issue, is especially for headset users when you are flying online like VATSIM or IVAO. If you are flying online, then the ATC´s and the other pilots maybe bothered when they hear your aircraft sound from another device in the background, when you are talking via the comms.
And in some situations, the different ATC stations are on different volumes, whats really annoying. And when your aircraft sound is too loud, then you simply press a button to understand when the ATC´s are giving you advices. Nothing more annoying to ask the ATC´s “Say again” twice ore more often in a high workload.
