My cat hates MSFS - ASOBO can you help?

You see, she’s taken to kipping on the flat part of my Logitech flight yoke.

This means that when I try and fly anywhere I have to push it, pull it, turn it etc. This wakes her up and makes her grumpy, and if I am in VR she claws my hand so it feels like a tarantula running riot.

ASOBO could you write a patch that sends a strong electrical shock just to the top of the yoke as the sim loads? That’ll get her off.

If I try to take her off myself, my life just isn’t worth living for hours, sometimes days afterwards.

Kats eh? Who wants one ? You can have mine!

No need to physically move her yourself.

Just place the MOUSE a couple of feet away from her. Bet she moves of her own free will then!

I want one. Can you fly it over?

Hehe.

But seriously, does your aircraft not have an ACPU (Automatic Cat Protection Unit)?

Put any small empty box next to the yoke such as a graphics card come in and problem solved. Extract cat later.

Put a dog next to the throttle xD

I think this post is in the wrong category

Seriously though, your cat probably just wants a go!

Is there a Trunk Monkey available for flight sims? I think one of those would take care of your problem.

Mine loves to rub her cheek and jaw on the edge of my monitor, just when I am landing - the monitor is on a desk mounted gas spring arm, nicely swivels and all that good stuff - and she just loooooooves to bump it so I almost crash on landing. Then when I have veered into the grass, she swipes back, rubs the other side of the monitor, re-centers it almost, and flounces off.

Devious little thing, she is.

The box idea is an excellent solution

Mine was helping get past the ‘Press any key’…

But now she’s redundant and has already gotten through her redundancy payout of Dreamies.

Thanks for the laugh. Great to see people here who don’t take themselves too seriously.

My cat just loves to pop up in my lap between me and the yoke, and sends my yoke full stop forward.

Is there training for feline induced dive recovery? Really we need a checklist for this.

So maybe we have solved the “AP tries to kill me” bug. It isn’t a ‘BUG’ at all. It’s a ‘CAT’.

Mine is my navigator. She’s been bugging me to take a trip south to Orlando. Something about a giant mouse…

My cat loves sitting in front of the monitor, watching things move. Unfortunately I have a touch screen and he loves to swat at the mouse pointer. Or just sit, look at me, purring and wagging his tail against the screen.
Keeps me sharp… and patient.

Wow! I bet this stops you from being able to perform purrrrrfect landings

Haha! Thanks for the good laughter. Our cat show no attention to either games or controllers. Though She stopped with a craving stare before the tv once, when she saw the handsome Khajit adventurer i was creating in Skyrim.
