My dream, Airbus A380, maybe with Neo FBW technology for Xbox Series X users

I have a deeam, a big one. Since Boeing 747 is still to be familiarized with by me (i tried to fly, but its commands are a little bit more difficultous for me to understand, learn to use and familiarize with than the A320 Neo, )i must understand the difference between FLC, VNAV and also VS, when to use FLC, when VNAV, When VS during all yhe phases of the flight), maybe an A380 (Neo, hope) would be the maximum aspiration i would aim at. While, if A380 is, here in MSFS like an A320 Neo, then i can overjoice at the rhink to use a… A320 Neo much bigger who flies at mornthan 40000 ft and at more than 8000 NM… my dream is such an aircraft in my Cbox version of Microsoft Flight Simulator!

Give me some news about…

FBW Sim are currently developing an A380 (freeware too!), Ifor one cannot wait for it. Not sure if it’ll be on Xbox. Not news on release date, but may still be a long wait.

However, bear in mind the A380 was never manufactured as NEO. There was only one generation of engines.

The A380 will unfortunately not be releasing on Xbox due to the licensing it is under.

and hope to see the A380 no earlier than 2024.

There is no official estimate or release date so this is just speculation.

thats more than enough to expect at least 1 year ahead.
Wait and see

Forget FBW, they decided to give up and not use MIT license needed for ingame store. They prefer to use a GPL-3.0 license (which is not allowed on the ingame store).

Airbus did however promoted a new variant called A380plus with a new winglet design. Sadly, nobody ordered them before the A380 was discontinued entirely. It’s a shame that we might never get to see this in the sim, I really like the new winglet of the A380plus.

I, too, hope that someone other than FBW will create the A380 for both platforms. It’s an iconic airliner so I hope that in a few years there will be one. It doesn’t have to be “study level”. I wish one of the secret Asobo projects was the A380. Thankfully an A350-900 is already in development, that will do for me in the meantime.

A350 by who?

I always forget the creator’s name, but there is one in the making, specifically with the marketplace / Xbox in mind.

never heard… If its aiming xbox forget about it , not study level.

I dont think a developer would focus on an aircraft like that will not be study level.

Would be nice to have a name

pmdg 737, fenix a320 just to mention 2 of the best aircraft are only available for PC

I am curious about. Could you give me some specs, like altitude of cruise, how long is its range? Has also FBW/NEO technologies?

What could I know? Maybe FBW, or someone else…

FBW definitelly no. As far as i know the A350 is a new aircraft and not much information about it

Seriously, not everything has to be “study level”. Forget it. There are very good and realistic aircraft available on the marketplace and Xbox (Concorde, F-14, 15, 16, 35, Hjet to name a few).

we are talking about airliners here. FBW / FENIX / PMDG all study level.

agree that not everything should be study level, but when talking about those aircraft there is no other way to go with the current market. sorry.

I finally found it. So it’s Flight Sim Media developing an A350-900.

I disagree that there’s no other way. Different players have different needs. You may only fly study level aircraft while others don’t. The more options the better.

Sure and thats fine. My point of view is that i doubt that anyone will invest time and money on such aircraft if its not going to be study level but as i can see this might be it
or maybe they will release 2 versions one for console and a study level for PC.
