I successfully completed my first ever a320 flight it was short but I really enjoyed it

No just the standard model

well if you liked the standard model you will adore the A32nx mod!

Good first step.

To further improve. Try to learn to setup the plane for descent using the Autopilot for example. (I see it is not engaged in the screenshot and it seems off track ).

A320 SimPilot has great YouTubes and FBW have a great beginner manual for operating the A320 in all phases. It is useful even if you don’t use the A32NX yet.
