My Marketplace airplanes are gone

Greetings pilots,

well there is a strange problem. My marketplace airplane are gone and I no longer own for example my Carenados.
Is there any way to transfer them into the Steam version of Flight Sim 20, like for example transfering the OneStore folder content with the Carenados to the Steam OneStore folder?

Unfortunately the Gamepass version of the Flight Sim is already uninstalled and I can no longer access the Gamepass FS20 because of Gaming Service errors anyway so I cannot install the Carenados into the GamePass Flight Sim to transfer itĀ“s OneStore folder to the Steam version - but it should work in theory.

I would really appreciate getting my Skymaster and the Seneca back, these are the most important planes bought in the Marketplace

edit:
Found my Carenados in an old OneStore and Community folder backup. But putting the Carenado folders into the OneStore folders does not work.

Now a sad and lonely live will begin, only good memories of the Seneca V and the others will remainā€¦

Sadly, thereā€™s no cross-compatibility between what you bought in the marketplace in the MS Store and the Steam versions.

For planes bought through the marketplace; donā€™t mess around with files and folders. Remove / Reinstall them from the ā€˜Content managerā€™ page under your ā€˜Profileā€™ page in the sim. Everything you bought is linked to your xbox account, and should be available for redownload from there.

For planes bought outside of the ingame marketplace; you can just download them again from the vendorā€™s webshop page. These will work for both the Steam and MS Store versions.

Well in this case I have to say goodbye to the Carenados :frowning: but maybe some day they will be on sale for 10 bucks or so, and I will grab them again for the Steam version.

I purchased aircraft weeks ago in the marketplace with Steam MSFS2020 install. I looked in every community folder I can find. No Aircraft. I installed the MSFS2020 in D: drive not the operating system C: but it runs fine. Iā€™m sure it messed up the community folder but I found it in D. In the normal appdata and profile or tools in packages still no airplanes period. I am not getting any help from steam or MSFS and Iā€™m out $200.
Any sugestion on finding them or talking to a live person to find an answer. Enough of the community forums it should be up to the seller to come clean?
Thanks

Are the items showing installed in the Content Manager? Itemā€™s purchased via the marketplace are not placed in the ā€œcommunity folderā€ but rather the official folder.

No they are not in the content manager either?
No response from Steam either. Yes Iā€™m new to msfs2020 but this is not right and of course no tech support for Steam or msfs2020?

You can try contacting MSFS support via Zendesk but Iā€™m not sure they can assist Steam purchases.

Worth a shot trying:
