My left stick is a VKB Gladiator Omni Throttle. The in-game aircraft throttle only starts to move forward when my Omni throttle has reached half way forward. Similarly, the in-game throttle only starts to move backwards when my Omni throttle has reached halfway backwards. Is this normal? It seems like half my throttle distance is wasted. Note: My throttle is configured to start at zero “when set fully back” and 100% “when set fully forward”.
Have you confirmed you have assign your throttle as an axis in the sim and not as a digital input, e.g. just throttle?

Throttle AXIS (Reverse Axis) [Joystick L-AXIS Y] seems to hopefully have done the trick.
