It’s been two days that I can only see one type of missions (anywhere in the world) as freelance. I have two companies, two planes, all in good conditions. The VIP charter missions are missing.
Any suggestions? Thank you!

AFAIK the problem is the mission rotating system by Asobo,
some days you have more missins of one type and none of another type.
And now its a cycle where the lower qualified missions are not available and they cycle without taking the XP level into account

I also haven’t seen VIP missions in 2 days now. Every single one is gone. They used to be pretty regular. I keep expanding my map looking for them, but no luck so far. I have almost all of the Western US unlocked, none out there.

same for me after new year all freelancer missions disappeared. I see a map only with my plane and crew. Please solve this issue.

I’m in the same boat.
While I do enjoy Career Mode, to a degree, it’s outrageous that certain types of missions are locked away until you progress to them, and then are impossible to find!
Why can’t these missions be made available as Activities, separate from Career Mode, for people who just want to enjoy what we paid for, whenever we want.
Not impressed.

Another bug…
(-> A lot of people call the studio Asobo “A** ‘o’ BUG”, since the 2024 version, or “Microsoft Bugs Simulator 2024”.)
I don’t know if the main problem is a career mode launched too earlier (a beta test works better than that) or the cloud gaming for this too heavy game for it, but the main issue is to lose credits (repairs) and reputation because of them.
It would be better to be able to install the game, there’re many external HDs with enough room to do so. Even the XBox Series X/S have an expansion dock made for it.
This will not avoid the bugs, but at least the video issues.

I haven’t been getting VIP missions either. I want to get the next level VIP missions, I forgot what they’re called. Charter maybe? Anyway, I’ve been wanted to unlock those missions so I can fly the CJ4. I just need a few more levels and to fly 9 more VIP missions. I’ve been looking all over my map to find them but just can’t. I don’t know why. I’ve read the forum and it says something about missions rotating, but I’ve only ever gotten 1 VIP mission, and that was the one that allows to unlock the missions. If I can’t fly the CJ4… I’m going to eat a dishwasher

I haven’t had VIP missions for days. And now I can no longer launch any missions. It appears Microsoft is having CDN issues again (could be in the West USA area only). I can’t even launch free flights. Two hundred dollars paid for a game that I can’t play many times.

its been 5 days for me with out vip missions its so annoying to have to pay so much money to find out that its all full of bugs everywhere.

Same for me here, and the annoying thing is other missions are going out of their way to make you fail, for no reason.
Like ATC doesn’t give any instruction, and after a while, you get a strike for not responding to an instruction that was never given in the first place, and right after the strike, the instruction comes. Or changing the runway on you when you’re way into the final approach, just before touchdown, and with the wind favoring your current runway. You land, you get a strike for landing on wrong runway, you go missed and go opposite runway, and as soon as you’re on final, the runway gets changed back to the original. This happened to me.
Also, you start at the parking and you’re not able to hit enter and request or announce taxi. You try every comm frequency and they all tune except the one you need.
And the cherry on top is the airport vehicle or bus that’s always trying to cop a feel! Once, twice, and I can concede to its being a coincidence. But literally 100% of the time? I’m strongly convinced someone intentionally did this. To what end? You mean to tell me we have bugs to crush and you have time to annoy simmers by making sure every single time they’re taxiing out or in, a bus appears from nowhere and heads directly for the aircraft?
I’m doing medevac missions now since all my aircraft in my company are for VIP (Vision Jets) and my first C172 for cargo, which is not my thing, and the medevac in a PC-24 (I want to fly only jets OK) are guaranteed to fail. So I do a caravan and everything is good until finals the the aircraft sways left and right even though it’s captured the ILS with glideslope. nose pointing more than 45 degrees on a 5-7 knot crosswind? and just before touchdown, the plane magically flips over with a hard left or right bank even though you were right on speed and stabilized. I mean I’ve been flightsimming since 1999. This is utterly ridiculous!
It’s amazing how every supposed bug results in you losing reputation, and your aircraft. And the audacity to restart you (employee missions) right after the crash so you can gladly finish the mission only to have your reputation drop from an S level to almost a C. You lose more points than you gain for the same thing. Pass exceptionally, and your rep grows by 15%, Fail it, and you lose 50%.
I’ve decided to go back to Free Flight until this is addressed.

All of a sudden a ton of star missions for VIP just showed up for employee but they are all like 18 hours. Does Asobo/Microsoft really think we have 15 hours to play the game if we play it normally? Can we please get freelance VIP missions back next! We paid for them and all and they have been missing for nearly a week now!

140 hours and cant access vip missions, and now my daily income on 7 planes has dropped from 200k to 30k, to now zero.
HAVE NOT DONE STEAM REVIEW YET!

I FOUND THEM. I’ve got VIP missions again! I have also gotten search and rescue missions again, I really don’t know why I am only just now getting them, but I’ve looked over my map and I’ve found 5! CJ4 here I come 
So I noticed something. read the description, VIP flights synced up with real events around the world. could this have been the issue all along as far as the VIP section goes? but the private was a bug for sure.
did you fly the CJ4 or were they the VIP “private” variant? I still have no VIP variant missions for the CJ4
