Hello everybody
I have a question that has been bothering me for some time and I have not found an answer on the internet … what is that accessory placed in the central column of the windscreen with the colored dots for? See the attached photo and arrow. This is the Cessna Longitude of the FS2020s but they are all there.

It’s the eye position indicator. It’s basically to adjust your seating position for the correct picture out of the window (balls aligned: seating position adjusted correctly.
