Mystified By Premium Deluxe Screen

I started up FS2020 today to buy the AzurPoly Jaguar and after loading I was met by this baffling screen, which seems to say that I have Premium and Deluxe version of the sim, waiting to be downloaded.
I bought the standard version prior to the sim’s release, and haven’t upgraded at all. I did buy the Premium Deluxe version of FS2024, though.

or is this just an advert/promotion?

In any case, I’m baffled.
