Microsoft Flight Simulator Released Local Legend 22 “The NAMC YS-113” yesterday and I purchased it as soon as it comes up in the marcetplace because it was tagged as usable in career mode. Then I purchased the plane for my company. I was not abel to do a flight yesterday and as of today their are no longer missions for this plane. You can´t even filter for it. And if I look under the purchaseable planes in career mode the plane is no loger there. But as i bought it yesterday it is still in my fleet.
Please Microsoft corect this soon because this was the reaseon for me to buy it. And could you please do the same for all the other planes that you rendered useless in career mode that I have in my fleet like the Bonanza (no missions at all), the Corvalis TT (no more Flighseeing) and the Marchetti S205 (no more flightseeing).
It is realy annoying when Microsoft changes the career mode missions types of planes randomly so that this purchaed planes are no longer usable.
And you should add Local Legend 22 to the planes to choose from for Bugreports since this is advertised as brougt to you bei Microsoft
I noticed tonight when purchasing the aircraft (not for career) it specifically had the career mode flag unchecked. Someone must have messed this info up on release.
Seems like more than a mistake since it actually appeared in the mode, not just an errant flag on the product card. Hopefully this means it’s ready on the back end but temporarily disabled for whatever reason
I did just that a minute ago. The plane was not selectabel as first party plane, same as in this forum. So I fear the ticket might be rejected. Realy annoying that microsoft puts up a new local legend but does not put it in any of their support paths. And that while changing esssential features after the release without any notice …

Wow, you got lucky there, will it let you maintain it? How much did it cost in Cr?
I also wonder if then this is a sign that the Devs are getting to know how to make something Career mode active? Maybe they are waiting for PS5 release for us to see more plane availability. That would be so great!
Ok normaly I do maintanance for all my plane only once a week and that would be on sunday morning. But I just checked and yes it looks like it would let me do maintanance. The checkup would cost me 149.132.Cr which is roughly 3/4 the checkup costs of Citation CJ4 (208.114 Cr.).
I did not make the checkup yet. Will post again tomorrow.
Their are a lot of planes in the marcetplace that are enabled for the career mode. Mostly for flightseeing though.
I put a Screenshot of my Excellist under this post. Unfortunately (for you ) I am from Germany so all my coments in this list are in german. If need be I can do a translation if I find the time. “Marktplatz Kauf” means it has to be bought in the marcetplace. The other planes come with the premium deluexe edition I bought last year.
Thanks for your list. I can see it cost 24,500,000. Not too bad but I fear it will probably be more expensive by the time it is available to everyone. Not to worry about translation, I can look it up on Google translation. I will find the rest of your list interesting too. So odd how you got it in career.
Funny how your resale value is 0 even. You must have grabbed it as soon as it came out. Or might they have released it to the customers in Germany?
I think I bought it an hour after it was released max. The next morning the career mode tag was gone so I don´t think it was a german only release.
Lets wait what the zendesk ticket brings up. Unfortunately because support does not work on weekends there will be no answer until monday. That is if I´m lucky. Might last longer depending on workload.
Ok did my Maintance Round and after 7h of passive Flighttime after the Check nothing was to be repaired. When I looked into the subcategories there are only very little wear on engines and gear.
Fab, I also see it has given your aircraft a value now as 2nd hand. I do not understand how or why rather, they are not offering it to all of us if it is available and works??? Perhaps we just have an early view to iron out imperfections before the release of the PS5.

The reason why there was no 2nd hand resale value would be that I had not done a maintanance check. That is common since somewhere after SU2. Planes can only be sold if you do a maintanance check right before you want to sell it. If you do a check and let it make passive income (so building up additional flight hours) you can not sell it until you repeat the check.
Ups. I just noticed that the selling price for the used plane is higher than the price I orginaly payed for it. And that althoug its marked as dirty

• Charter Service

Today I got an email to rate my support. What support?
The issue was neither resolved nor was it explained.
I even was not given the option to refunde although the only reason for me to buy this plane was taken away.
We are passed the point where new release planes must be career mode compatible, especially in house ones from Microsoft, you should be leading the charge
