In the C172 version that has two nav-comms (Garmin 530 & 430): When I hit the NAV / GPS button (right above the NAV 1 OBS) the annunciator to its left changes between NAV & GPS, but the NAV radios keep showing GPS (lowest line in the display). What’s happening?
ps: in the past I could switch to VLOC ok. I haven’t changed anything (as far as I know).

You now need to hit the “CDI” button on each unit to change the CDI into VLOC mode.

P.S. you can now have one unit set to GPS and the other to VLOC, and use the button at the top of the panel to switch between nav modes. It’s buried in the release notes as:
“CDIs in the Classic version are now fully independent to display GPS or VLOC source”
