Dear Microsoft,
We need a button to stop background music while downloading the MSFS Game. It is taking very long time to download 127 GB and there is no option to disable background music while the game installs. Please add an option to disable music asap.

Right Click the sound icon in the bottom right of your screen next to the clock, choose “Open volume mixer” and drag the slider for Flight Simulator down to 0.
right click on volume mixer and turn it down or off the volume for flight simulator

I agree that there should be a button within the installer. Yes, managing your mixer is doable, but entirely unnecessary if a bit of consideration was given during development. I’m going to be dreaming of this music… Dee daaa doooo, dooo daaa deee.
The music does get really annoying when the installer isn’t doing what it’s supposed to do…
