Not 100% sure where to post this
I pre ordered msfs 2024 on steam and have completed purchase and have the completion id etc and it appears on my card statement but nothing is showing in my steam game library
Please help ty
The FS2024 sim has not been released yet.
It is scheduled for release on November 19th.
What you have is a prerelease purchase that has a bonus of an aircraft that can be used in FS2020.
Yes I understand but other people I know who pre ordered on steam the thing appears in game library but cannot install nothing is showing for me at all
And their steam game library has msfs in th le list mine doesnāt
Iām not too familiar with Steam, but I suspect you would probably have to contact Steam to find out what is going on there.
Iāve been trying however I cannot contact them about a game that aināt showing on my account because the list of options to talk to them about doesnāt show msfs 24 as refeeence here is my friends steam library but mine doesnāt show
Are you sure itās not being filtered for some reason? For example this button affects whether only installed games show in your listā¦
Does your list show any āgreyed-outā (not installed) games like in the screenshot from your friend?

Weird. Presumably you bought direct from Steam and not a third party?
In any case Iād give it 24hrs before worrying too much.
Yeah direct through steam Iāll check again tomorrow if not Iāll try to find out how to request support

I didnāt have game either in my library. I clicked ātimeā icon in the BeardyBrunās picture in this thread and I got timeline visible. Then I was able to add it to my Games folder.
