Need to recover Hotas X52 Standard setup

I lost the standard definitions of my Hotas X52. Acidentally I click the Clen All button and lost all axes and buttons definitions. Is there a way to recover this ?

Disconnect your controllers, fire up the game, and when you’re at the main menu, plug them back in.
