Because this looks like an SQLite DB is being used (guess!) have a look at one of the fields you entered (FuelCap lbs or a field before or after that field?). There could be a “single quote” or “double quote” in one of the fields and SQLite does not like those characters. Actually, it is a bee-otch to format SQL strings being sent into databases sometimes. Quotes mess up the constructed strings a wee-bit. That’s a complete guess!
