ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
I have no clue why but for some reason only this specific part of the scenery always fails to load. Its a rectangle stretching from just above Amsterdam to just below Brussels. When trying to load into the area, It just never loads, even after the satelite imagery appears, the loading just takes forever.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE
How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)? Every time when i try to load or fly to this area
