Using the MS store to download my new MSFS I got stuck in the download loop. I set my limiter to a 20MB limit for the software and internet but in the download manager it still goes above 100MB, goes to about 5% then loops. Netlimiter shows it stops at about 20MG. Only have about 80 GM. How do I get the Net limiter to put the brakes on the download Manager? I had the net limiter open then started MSFS which opened the download manager then I set the net limiter. Not using the steam verson.
