Never loading and low CPU usage workaround

Brief description of the issue:
MSFS took over half an hour to load and when I checked the Task manager CPU usage was way low and everything else was at zero. MSFS did not say “Not responding”. I This has happened several times and the workaround is to “end task” then start MSFS in safe mode then load a flight at any airport with the auto-selected aircraft. Then click “Fly now” till you are on the runway. Then exit to main menu then quit to desktop. For me MSFS starts in normal mode after ten minutes then. (I have lots of addons)…

Many issues may be due to an outdated graphics card. Please state your Graphics Card Driver Manufacturer (NVIDIA, Intel, AMD) and Version (Learn how to find your current graphics card driver version):

Nvidia 2080 OC latest driver

PC specs and peripheral set up:

Intel 9700 KF 32 GB 3200 RAM Quest 2 VR

Latest, I was on the Avionics update beta then this started happening when it was released. I tried going from “beta” to none but it had no effect.
