Right hears my problem I have got the full 2020, and its been updated this week, today I have bought a aircraft M40 and a airport London City separate, I have paid by PayPal and it has been noted and paid for to download to Microsoft or whoever, now that’s it nothing’s happening it just says failed to or something similar, but if I try to purchase it again it says you’ve already purchased it, now the free German airport Paderborne downloaded OK and is usable, can you help me at all
