ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:
I was saving up to afford new airplanes and be able to expand the possibilities. I bought a Cessna cj4 to vip charter company and sold the Vision Jet.. And now I do not see any vip charters. None.
Same happened to me with the cargo company, where buying Pilatus 12ngx
made the selection of other airplane impossible. I’ve lost millions of credits on the price difference between the new airplane and the same sold 10 minutes later.
Also, when you have two or more airplanes in the company, you will not have the chance to freely select the plane to the mission, because you’re given just one option. At least that’s what happens in my career.

• Happens when you have not fully unlocked the upgraded Specialization

I figured out what causes this, if you have the Specialization unlocked you have to complete the Employee special first mission to fully unlock it before you can use the plane corresponding to the mission type in career mode. I ran into this with a cargo business but I bet the same applies to VIP businesses.

Update: VIP missions disappeared for me after I had already done several freelance missions. Not sure why.

I have completed the special missions already two times, and it keeps coming back.
The aircraft doesn’t appear on the list. So annoying.

CARRER MODE AIRLINEAVVAIABLE AIRLINE NOT ABLE TO SELECT FREELANCESold 737 MaxPurchased used 737 Max.

I purchased two Airbus in career mode. I was initially able to utilize them both. When I arrived at an airport that had another pilot mission. It didn’t allow me to use my Airbus at the mission location airport. It stated no available aircraft, but it can transfer a plane from the USA to Northeastern Europe.

I sold the Boeing 737 Max. WHAT WAS FOUND AFTER SELLING THE BOEING 737 Max

  1. Freelance Tab airline mission non-existent after sell

  2. Employee Tab has an airliner mission available

  3. Purchased a 737 Max used

  4. All airliner missions resumed, but only allowed Boeing 737 Max, still indicating 1 aircraft available, which is the one in the USA, and I have two Airbus in my fleet unable to ue or select.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

Every time I log into the sim.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

  1. tried to use Airbus, but can only transfer, but still unable to use at the mission location.

  2. Sold 737 Max and Freelance airliner pilot mission not showing up or available

  3. Purchased used 737 Max missions reinstated but still only allow to use 737 Max but can’t use any other purchased airliners in career move (Both Airbus)

I may of had the same issue. I purchased a BN-2 (britten) plane via the marketplace and I could use it in career mode fine. I could never select it for short or medium cargo flights so I removed it from my fleet. After a while I wanted to try it again but I could not add it back to my fleet even though it was in the Marketplace as being ‘owned’ by myself. It seemed that the screen to locate the plane did not have a button to proceed to re-add the plane to my my fleet.

This may be a separate issue as the mission generator does not produce enough missions that the BN2 is capable of flying - it is much more limited by capacity and range than any other medium cargo aircraft.
