It’s not new voices. You lost connection to Azure voice services and are hearing the offline WIndows TTS voices.

Yup! same here pop up said Azure voices not available now switching to annoying people voice🤣

Same here. Never happened for a year and now i am getting it often.
Hah can’t wait to be berated by ATC sounding like they’re missing their morning coffee

My atc sounds like children when this happens. I must have some weird setting.
It happened to all. The child-ish almost funny voice is a good way to notice you loose Azure ATC voices 
The default voice sounds as if he’s angry and constantly annoyed……
It’s like they got Newark tower down to a tee… 
It’s more like they sound like they are mad at their mommy…
