An issue like this may indicate lack of care or lack of attention, as this is something so trivial and visible. If that can’t even be right, what about more serious and complicated stuff?

I totally agree. I don’t understand how they can’t notice such a basic on screen bug before release ? It’s a simple one not the end of world but obviously a sign of quality.

You assume they didn’t notice.
this is what you get in the GUI when the coders and testers forget to rename the display names as distinguished from the internal names in the backend. it’s a shame.

Then it’s worse I think ignoring it intentionally for the future fixes. 
Anyway.
I hope after this Xbox hype they will come back on reality and focus on PC side again.
