This like all of the other similar issues is just that similar, but slightly different.
All of my button bindings are saved, all of my profiles are saved. I just have to select them after every sim restart for the plane I am flying.
So say I have a fresh start to the sim, I will go to do a free flight in the J3 Cub for example. before I can fly I have to go to the control settings, choose the rudder pedal profile, choose the stick profile, choose my throttle quadrant profile and I am good to go. I can do any number of flights during that time. I can choose a different plane, go through the above process for choosing my profiles, fly and have a good time. I can then go back to previous planes I have flown during the run time for the sim. But if I exit the sim, and then restart the sim. ALL of the control profiles are set back to the default and I have to set them all over again for the flight. Takes about 10 min. each plane I want to fly every time I start the sim annoying as hell.
