New Images of the Aerosoft Twin Otter & First Look at the Avionics

Today Aerosoft posted new images of their upcoming Twin Otter (coming next year). This includes the first look at the avionics setup they have selected.

Looks like a healthy middle point between the full steam gauge version and the full glass cockpit version.

This is likely my most anticipated aircraft. Can’t wait to land at Lukla with it

When we get a proper floatplane, I hope that seaplane bases are somehow able to act as proper flight leg destinations in the flight planner/world map. Otherwise we wont be able to log our flights if we end on the water as far as I understand. Unless this behavior has been changed for the A5 already.

A seaplane with a proper GPS and autopilot will open up a lot of really interesting possibilities if it is implemented correctly.

Looking forward to this.

I’m in! Have this aircraft in P3D and will be awesome here.

That panel looks amazing. Can’t wait to fly it!
:+1:

They also need to fix water dynamics… they are completely unrealistic.

Great news! Their Twin Otter for FSX was a blast to fly. Great plane… Good to see them starting from scratch.. (not that the old one looked bad)
