New Lenovo Legion 7i Gen 6

Wanted to share with the community that I got a new Lenovo Legion 7i Gen 6 gaming LAPTOP. I’d like to report that I’m very happy with it so far.

Specs are: i7-11800h CPU, RTX 3080 16GB GPU, 32GB DDR3200 RAM, 1TB Gen4 SSD, with Windows 11.

Very happy with that particular machine and the way it handles the sim. The machine is new, so it only ran post SU7.

Running on an external 27" 4K Monitor.

Settings: Ultra - EVERYTHING maxed out, beyond default “Ultra” except LOD at 300 (for now). 4K with 70% render scale. Very smooth, no popping, even in places like Manhattan.

It is a HUGE upgrade from the old i7 7700 and GTX 1070 machine.

me too, same config…except for 16gb ram and windows 10…great machine, i’m very satisfied!

i’d like to upgrade to windows 11 but i prefer to install the original Lenovo Recovery image of Windows 11 and not upgrade with windows update. can you share the recovery image of your laptop? if i go on Lenovo site in USB recovery image tool and i use my laptop serial i can download only Win10 ISO!

are you using Tobii Horizon for head tracking? it doesn’t work anymore since SU6 for me…i don’t know way, the tobii experience work without problem…
