New motherboard, MSFS won't launch

Hello, I’ve recently replaced my old motherboard with a new one. But since then, MSFS refuses to launch whether it be from the XBOX store or icon from my desktop. This situation is exclusive to MSFS as other games work perfectly fine.

I have tried many possible solutions such as;

  • Reinstalling MSFS from the XBOX store
  • Terminating, repairing and resetting it from settings
  • Synced my XBOX account with my MS-Store account
  • Checked and installed all updates
  • Verifying and repairing it from the XBOX store

Though none of them seemed to work, I don’t know what else to do that could fix it, please assist me. Any help is appreciated.

Sincere regards,
Leo

I wonder if you have taken all the steps mentioned in these articles:

Things like installing the English (US) language pack and ensuring time sync settings are correct seem to matter for MSFS. There are other recommendations as well.

I hope things get up and running soon!

Just a thought but maybe check your windows account too.

Changing mobo may have triggered a new device detected and you now have two.
Delete the old one.

Che c k out this thread. The last post states it was the solution.

One other thing to try is to double check that your PC time is synced. When I first installed new MOBO, the time was off and I didn’t think anything of it. MSFS wouldn’t run. As soon as I updated the PC time, MSFS fired right up.
