In a complete different style, you can look at VKB site:

A Gunfighter MkIII base + 200mm “S” extension (also available 50 or 100mm straight) + a grip : the Kosmosima one for general use and/or if you fly with the stick in left hand. The KG12 if you want an “old fashionned” look, but only for right hand and not enough buttons IMO.
They are not really cheap, but in high quality materials (principally aluminium), Hall effect sensors avoiding jittering pots, differents cams and springs to adjust the physical feeling even with extensions.
If you dont like DIY they also have a wide range of mounting parts.
The controller program is a little bit complicated but have all functions you can dream about and their forum will help to obtain what you need. Anyway, for basic functions it works as it, just having to bind buttons and hat-switches in MSFS.
I have mine for about six monthes now and it worth each cent I spent for it.
When assembling and flying with it, you realized why you paid this price, knowing you’ll fly with it for years without noises, jittering, squeezes, mechanical play, keeping the same precision and feeling from flight to flight.
Again, it’s not a commercial but my customer’s opinion.
