Still tempted. I mean, do I really care about ATC and GPS in a crop duster? It’s not a plane for cross-countries. But I worry about potential issues with the plane after sim updates, if he’s truly no longer updating it.

I’m working on the EMB200 Ipanema.
The update should be released in a few weeks.
After the update:
- ATC will work
- The cockpit has been reworked and retextured
- Lights will be improved.
- Better quality soundpack
- Tablet that controls static elements visibility, winglets visibility and the process off loading the chemical tank

Amazing! So pleased to see this given some more love. Its one of the most interesting planes in the simulator so any improvements are very welcome!

Is there a POH on the plane? We need take-off, landing speeds, speeds with retracted, released flaps… The manual included is very poor)
Has anyone flown this bird after the recent tweaks? Is it worth picking up? Is the flight model believable and engaging to fly? I have only been flying the bird dog and islander for my small GA hops because they have a fun engaging flight model imo, and a lot of other planes just feel like they are on rails. I would love to add this to the hangar if anyone cares to help sway my interest I would appreciate it.

yeah, its terrible. I used it once or twice and it just sits in the hanger gathering dust. Aerodynamics feel unrealistic and the crop dusting animation is laughable. If i’d have to categorize this I’d say its more for the video gamers than any credible simulation enthusiast.
I have a feeling the dev has just never bothered to update their manifest. I’ve seen a few other developers with that issue. I’ve been meaning to check this update out, but every update has been a huge disappointment so I’ve kind of lost the enthusiasm to even test it anymore.

This shows in the content manager as uninstalled. Clicking on it does not give me an option to install. I’m thinking the recent update has to do with that.
Try removing the package manually in the official folder. Then start the sim and install.
That often works for those kinda of issues.
You can also remove the content.xml file to remove all links to the package (together with the pkg delete before starting the sim).
After recent updateI I wanted to test the plane. All works, except the chemical tank cannot be filled: when clicking on the tablet nothing happens, despite having followed the manual. It stays blue.
Hello, just got this plane today, nice to fly, bit twitchy with rudder. One thing I noticed it is always out of CG in payload screen. Is this bug and I need adjust CG into limits everytime manualy?
Is there a click spot to show the garmin? Or has it been completely removed?
