New Release: Mario Noriega Designs C-22J

Hello all,
xBox version shall be the same as the PC one. Zero difference. Currently 1.2.7.
@SwungSplash3293 As for the master switches not working, can you detail? There is a smalldelay before the engines shut off.
New Sim version came out just now. I will double check everything soon.

The Manual can be downloaded at www.mariosplanes.com .

Great aircraft. Been around the world in it. I look forward to more from this developer.

Absolute gem in this sim for the money.
One of my favorites right now.
Fast, VFR, not so easy to land for me yet…
Updated textures and a few other things.
For 10 bucks you simply can’t go wrong.

If you love fast and low flying VFR old jets then this is perfect.

Could not agree more. I only recently picked this up and it’s an amazing value and great fun. My current go-to plane. I found using speed brakes help with landing (I have those assigned to an axis on Velocity One). I love the huge knobs and display on the nav/com units, so easy to access as opposed to the tiny knobs on 530 units. It seems like just about every switch works as well. No GPS or AP, just old-school navigation. I’m on xbox and never had a CTD in it.

Having spent more time in this aircraft I’m super thrilled with the flight model. It’s a joy to fly.

Speed brakes are not only helpful, their full use in landing is right there in the POH (or at least the guide created by the developer). What’s more, you are supposed to use 25%/50% up elevator trim, depending on number of people on board (1 or 2).

Yup! The flight model, systems and fun factor are worth the money alone. The fact that the dev updated the graphics/textures a bit was even better!

It makes me fly around Italy a lot more often.
Such a fun jet to fly.
And to think some developers charge 35+ for garbage, low fidelity planes and hardly update.
Even Carenado have stepped up their game especially with the Seneca. (one of my favorites)
This little jet is a blast for maneuvers and speeding around.

This is an outstanding aircraft for this sim. Perfectly suited for it in my opinion. It is amazing that it is not even more popular. The aircraft itself may be relatively unknown but wow the developer sure hit the ball out of the park with this one! I am extremely impressed and would recommend this to anyone interested.

So what you’re saying is that this runs just as good as the Cub, if not better, in VR?

@MariopilotPD808, any MSFS Piaggios in the works? Love the C-22J and glad to see it still being updated.

Thanks! Yep, I’ve had that since release.

Mario did some of the awesome pusher Piaggios for earlier sims. Hoping he has one or two of those in the factory for MSFS!

At the moment, not working on a Piaggio. The PD-808 is in my to-do-next however!
MILVIZ appears to be looking at a MSFS version of their P-180 Evo.
One day I may visit the P-166 again. The old models from FS-2002 won’t cut it, so in that case I will have to start anew.

I had to look up what the PD-808 is. Wow, that will be different! Can’t wait to see what you do with it. Your C-22J is simply awesome to have and I am very grateful to you for making such a wonderful to fly aircraft come to life.

I tried to get the update from Simmarket, but it appears it requires some Simmarket app to download it. I guess Simmarket is over for me.
