I must agree. The cabin is irrelevant to me as well unless it does not impact the performance. But we know that it does, so it is really just a waste of resources that could be used in better modelling of the cockpit. Low-res interior or no interior is the only way to go in airliners. For smaller aircraft with a lower number of seats, higher detail will not impact performance as much (Aerosoft’s Twin Otter cabin looks very detailed so far).
