New update 1.9.4 on the way

Solved in Zendesk means they gave you a final reply. Either it was a solution or the issue was transferred to their internal bug tracker.
When it’s set to resolved you usually should see the reason.

Solved does not mean the issue is resolved in game, its just that the Zendesk ticket will no longer be updated.

I posted a Zendesk ticket about the cockpit poltergeist a couple of weeks back. It was marked solved within about an hour of posting it. Yet, the exorcism of my cockpit never happened.

I’m not sure that I hold to much hope on that one. I sent them one a few weeks back about a dumping ground for Taxiway signs at St Just airfield in Cornwall, UK.
Was finally listed as resolved but it’s still the same and no information given.

I am one of the non whiners in general for sure but have had some tbm autopilot issues lately, like when I switch to the arrival phase the pfd altimeter freezes. Such partial crash i have not had before and only 2 CTD after 65 hours in the log.
You have not had anything like that?

In the TBM? Not for me. I can make it crash (CTD not the plane) by spamming the down arrow when scrolling through the flight plan though. The most annoying bug is the one where it forces you back to the last waypoint when adding an approach in via the FMC. Not had any problems with the PFD freezing at all

It isn’t an intentional downgrade.

They are bugs. They will be fixed next update most likely, they never changed the LOD or anything (from Q/A)

In Zendesk the ticket is not updated, but you get an Email where it states, for instance, that the issue has been transferred to their internal bug tracker and is therefore resolved. Check your junk mails, maybe it got there.

I got for each Zendesk ticket a “reply” via Email when it was set to solved.

But Zendesk is off topic here :slight_smile:

Well I did say it would fuel the wild speculations.

I got emails to tell me it was resolved, not just solved.
But anyways, as you said a bit off my orginal topic of 1.9.4’s speculated imminent release :slight_smile:
