(New) water adjustment feature in SDK

Hi Developers,

I’m wondering on a new feature in SDK. It would be a good tool if we could mark river center lines that would create a polygon and find the edge of the water mask so could identify the surface of water areas. Then we could flatten the water mask 'horizontally and could add elevation data Vertically in the center line. This could easily make every streaming water surfaces easily adjustable to seem a natural realistic phenomenon of the simulator. Does it seem a feasible feature of SDK? If yes would a wishlist item be supported with votes by anyone?
