ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue: When flying through the new cloud/lightening depictions it uses extreme amounts of GPU. My GPU usage will be at 60%, but upon entering stormy/intense weather the GPU usage maxes out and FPS will start to drop. VRAM usage is fine. The GPU is unable to keep up with rendering.
