Hello, it all depends on the aircraft you are using, in z-newlight-effect-light there are the textures and lights for the Asobo models, if you are using other models you need to choose the folder for the model. You can put several folders in your community to see the effects on the traffic planes

Strange… I use the native Asobo Daher TBM 930 but the lights are not enforced.

Ha you use the su12beta? they have changed the name of light files on the tbm930. I don’t instal this version

Just leaving this note here, although you likely have heard already, but there appear to be conflicts with the 787 in the new AAU2 Beta that was released, so some updates to this great mod might be needed when the AAU2 release goes live. Many details of this in the Working Title Discord channel for the 787.

Does the ATR have updated lighting with this mod as well by chance?

Hi, I saw some screenshots of ATR and I saw my lighting, that must mean that it has the Asobo system. For other settings it will be necessary to wait until I can buy the model thanks to the donations received and the priority of request in the channel #wishlist on my discord. Sorry to hear that. I’ve found them to be helpful and welcoming, but sometimes things don’t work out.

They did mention they improved taxi and landing lights on the latest build, so your tweaks for the 787 might be less important when the release goes live. I personally haven’t tried them with and without.

Does it works with all default aircraft? I feel like taxi/landing lights are not very useful other than lighting up bellow your aircraft.

However, great job on the mod from what I’ve seen. Can we turn off or reduce the bloom effect of the light?

Hi, yes this mod works for models that use the default lights (Asobo), the bloom effect and related to the intensity, I can not reduce it but can be disabled in the graphics settings.
