The Newport Pell Bridge in Rhode Island is the largest bridge in New England and the 87th largest in the world yet its missing from FS2020!

My sim home field is KUUU and kills me to see that placeholder bridge.
It was one of the first Zendesk tickets I submitted, along with Mt. Hope Bay bridge.

Downloaded it and just used it for for the first time and the Newport Bridge now looks like it belongs and the Narragansett Bay now looks like its supposed to with one of its most iconic pieces restored. Strange how the cars look like they are travelling on the water beneath it and interesting that the author mentions that with the download. I wonder if its fixable or if its a limitation on how bridge modifications are done. Hoping that version 1.1 gets the cars up onto the roadway.
It’s been a known defect since launch. I noticed it when I started flying around my old haunts on the Gulf Coast in FL last year. If you go to a big airport like De Gaulle where they have service roads that are supposed to go under buildings and emerge on the other side, the cars fly over the building instead of following the road.

Idk why, i was never in this region, but i loved the Marthas Vineyard missions back in FSX where you had to fly an author around in New England. Since then, i somehow created a virtual love for this region.
Now in MSFS i started to discover that area again and have bought every Payware that is around there, there are lots of airports. Unfortunately still no Marthas Vineyard, Plum Island and Nantucket scenery and yes, the region is lacking a bit even with WU USA, unfortunately.
I hope it gets some love by 3rd parties

RK Bridger also created a Pell Bridge as part of his South Coast New England Bridges Set. It’s quite nice, well worth the cost - covers a lot all the way down the I-95 corridor to New York.
