I’ve personally flown out of Iqaluit (ICAO: CYFB) and Pond Inlet (CYIO) in MSFS. It’s not on Baffin Island, but Alert (CYLT) is also available.
If there are additional airports in the Canadian Arctic that you think are missing, please check this thread to see if it’s already been logged. If not, then you can create a Zendesk ticket to bring it to the devs’ attention.
