ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
I have a couple of career helicopter missions that start from KFRG (Republic). On the first mission when I was instructed to press ENTER to request taxi clearance ATC told me that the airport only operated IFR and request was denied. I used the workaround and filed my flight plan and requested taxi IFR instead and could proceed with the mission.
However, now when I start a mission at this airport and get told to press ENTER to ANNOUNCE taxi (instead of requesting). It’s like the airport suddenly went from being controlled to uncontrolled and nothing happens when I press ENTER. Also, I no longer have the option to request clearance for IFR. I file the flight plan to ATC but the options is not there in the ATC window. The only thing I can do is to switch between ATIS and Ground.
